The iPhone 4 is a smartphone which was developed and developed by Apple Inc. iPhone 4 was publicly revealed on June 7, 2010, at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference in San Francisco, later it was released on June 24, 2010, in various parts of world like United States of America, United Kingdom, France, Japan, and Germany. A new hardware design was introduced to the iPhone family, it was called thinnest smartphone in the world which was said by Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs. The structure consisted of a stainless steel frame which doubles as an antenna, with internal components situated between aluminosilicate glass.

  • The latest update 8 on iPhone 4 enhance the functioning of the system, improve quality of the system and accuracy of the system. If you want to update iOS 8 on your mobile, you need to follow some essential steps which will help you to update and install on your mobile.
  • First of all, you need to plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
  • Go to setting, tap on General and then press on Software Update. 
  • You will see there will be a Download and Install option. Then tap on it.
  • If a message appears and asks to temporary remove application from your device because you don’t have a space for the update, tap continues or cancel, later iOS will reinstall applications which were removed from your device. 
  • After that tap Install for the update or you can tap Install later it is up to you and select Install Tonight or Remind Me Later. 
  • If you tap Install Tonight then plug your smartphone into power before you go to sleep, later your device will update automatically overnight, hence your mobile will be updated to IOS 8.
